Touch of Time provides compassionate and professional varieties of estate cleanout and sale services, helping families navigate transitions with care, respect, and integrity.
Our Team
I have worked in customer service, working my way up from a cashier to a manager, and then an area manager. I took time off to raise my last two children and then started working for an Estate Sales company for the last 12 years.
I decided to take the passion I found in this field to the next level and collaborated with my partner to open A Touch of Time. I found that helping others with pivotal times in their lives whether it is happy, scary, and sometimes sad transitions has helped me understand and empathize with others on a whole new level.
There are times that we are also helping others transition their lives to reach their dreams, wow what gets better than that. Thank you for taking the time to read our Bios so you learn more about us and why we love doing what we do at A Touch of Time.

My name is Cheryl Richardson. I am part owner of A Touch of Time estate sales and cleanouts. I have been doing estate sales for 6 years and learned the ins and outs of estate sales. I have an associate degree in medicine. I worked as Outreach department head for a clinic that employed several physicians. I understand trust and hard work to help clients in their time of need and plan to use my skills that I have gained to build A Touch of Time into a company that our customers can count on.
